Engaging Leadership has been written for all the leaders about to engage themselves, their team and their organization into the major transition of modern economic times. Its key message is that those leaders need to work on three levers at the same time:
Logos (intellectual/strategic agenda) is about co-creating clarity and meaning about the new direction
Ethos (behavioural/leadership agenda) where it is fundamental for leaders to display the eight Value Building Behaviours if they are to be credible in their stated willingness to engage in change
Pathos (emotional/engagement agenda) is probably the most unusual for leaders and requires appropriate use of metaphors, symbols and stories which will anchor the change on a long term basis
